A Jeep Thing

When faced with the choice of shopping or waiting in the car and painting, I'd choose the latter every time, hands down. Unless, the shopping was to involve art supplies!
I titled this a "Jeep Thing" because, as I said in a previous post, depicting machinery is not really my thing. However, I kind of enjoyed this. I think the joy of the challenge is beginning to open my mind a little bit.
It was freeing to paint something that I didn't expect myself to do well. I experimented with color, shadow, and noticed little nuances that would have escaped me if I had not taken the time to look.
